As the 2012 state election draws closer, it is becoming more and more evident just how bias the Courier Mail seems to be against Campbell Newman. This weekends headline ‘Newman set to loose Ashgrove’ doesn’t instill very much confidence in the leader or the LNP party. Instead of reporting on policy or aiding new voters in understanding party ethics and beliefs, the CM consistently is bringing up the CMC debacle and seriously injuring Newman’s credibility and reputation in the lead up to the election. I believe the recent polls, which show Labour MP, Kate Jones rise in popularity, is due primarily to the bad publicity Campbell is receiving.
